Growth
Beyond weekly worship and daily prayer, St. Paul's offers a variety of ways for you to grow in your faith so that you can enjoy and share in all the benefits of life-giving, life-sustaining relationship with Jesus.
Bible Study. We offer two Bible studies each week. One meets in-person during the day at our ministry center. The other meets in the evening on Zoom. Choose whichever study fits your life at this time, but make the regular study of God's word part of your life.
NEW! Cultivating a Flourishing Faith. Easter is a season to focus on the new life we have in Christ. Join this new small group. We of will meet in-person on Wednesday evenings (from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) between April 19 and May 31 with the purpose of building a broad and deep foundation of faith that will not only improve your life now, but create resiliency for the transitions and trials that are bound to come. Informed by science and anchored in scripture and Lutheran theology, this group is will be a place for you to explore the many facets of God's grace and to strengthen your faith. In this group we will discover our gifts, identify what's most important to us and make connections between these gifts and our life as members of the fellowship of Jesus' disciples. All of these are components to living a full and satisfying life. Call the church office of e-mail Pastor Jim if you would like to participate or learn more about this exciting new group.
Food Pantry. Our faith in Christ inspires us to serve all people, following Jesus' example. We grow in faith when we serve our neighbors. For years, St. Paul's has served the community through its food pantry. This client-choice style food pantry is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to noon. and offers a variety of perishable and non-perishable foods. People can visit the pantry up to two times each month. To contribute to this important ministry, you can donate non-perishable food or give financially.
